In this session, Jeremy Carter from Sentira XR and Zahid Malik from risr/ will demonstrate how VR and AI could transform practical assessments. The session will include a live demo showing how VR can be used at scale to deliver realistic, hands-on assessments, while AI helps evaluate these in real time.

“Group Differences in Applicant Faking on Personality Measures: What do we know and where do we need to go?”

“Navigating the Assessment Landscape in Germany’s Education Sector: Challenges and Opportunities”
