How information is collected

Log Files

Cirrus follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics.

The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Anonymous user data

In order to analyse visitor trends and improve the user experience, Cirrus also uses WP Statistics to collect anonymous visitor data on its website, including pages visited, referring/exit page, browser type, date and time stamp. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable, and the linked IP addresses are anonymised.

Website forms

Web forms allow Cirrus to get in contact with Website visitors. Filling out a form is voluntary and not necessary for using the Websites. It is, however, necessary if you want to get in touch with Cirrus, or if you want to sign up for services such as a newsletter or webinar. Depending on the nature of the information, We never keep it longer than necessary or until you unsubscribe. Prospect information will be kept for up to 4 years.
