ILFM and Cirrus Assessment: qualification exams that reflect the real job

The Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM) has chosen Cirrus Assessment as the platform for its high-stakes qualification exams. It’s a clear sign of ILFM’s commitment to its candidates: an exam experience that reflects the real work of legal finance and compliance professionals, without compromising on the rigour its qualifications are known for.

Spreadsheet skills are central to ILFM’s qualifications, so candidates will work with real data in an embedded Excel environment during the exam. They’ll also be able to sit mock exams in the same system beforehand, so they know exactly what to expect on the day.

“At ILFM, we are committed to ensuring that our qualifications reflect the knowledge and practical skills used every day by legal finance and compliance professionals. Cirrus Assessment enables us to deliver a modern examination experience that mirrors the realities of the workplace while maintaining the rigour and integrity our qualifications are known for. From the outset, Cirrus has been a pleasure to work with. Their team has taken the time to understand our requirements and has supported us throughout the process, making them a trusted partner as we continue to enhance the candidate experience, said Tim Kidd, Chief Executive, ILFM.

“The legal sector trusts ILFM to set the standard for its finance professionals, so we’re proud that ILFM has chosen Cirrus for its exams. We look forward to supporting ILFM and their candidates every step of the way,” said Christopher Smith Idehenre, Senior Account Executive at Cirrus Assessment.
