Job description

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with a keen eye for opportunity and a passion for growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying potential leads and opportunities to expand our client base and drive our business forward. Your main tasks will include researching and identifying potential leads, tracking tender sites for opportunities, engaging with current customers for referrals, and leveraging the internet and other resources to uncover new sales prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new leads and potential markets.
  • Monitor various tender sites and platforms for relevant opportunities.
  • Engage with existing clients to explore referral opportunities and gather market intelligence.
  • Utilise online tools, databases, and social media to uncover leads.
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation methods and strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns and targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive activities, and marketing standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify opportunities and qualify leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in using the internet, social media platforms, and other digital tools for research purposes.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of [specific industry] trends and market dynamics is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience
