At Cirrus, prioritising customer success is at the core of our operations. The Customer Success Team serves as the initial contact for clients seeking support or guidance. Our dedicated Customer Success Advocate provides top-tier service to our users. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Provide high-level customer support via email, phone, and live chat
  • Utilise and update a CRM system
  • Understand and meet customer SLAs
  • Regularly report to the Head of Services regarding demand trends
  • Maintain contacts with our international partners as necessary
  • Take ownership of each customer inquiry and follow it through to resolution
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure every customer receives excellent service
  • Liaise with our software development team
  • Assist in creating documentation and best practice models to support our customer community
  • Meet quarterly targets

Who Are You?

  • Preferably ITIL certification or experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full proficiency in English (verbal and written), Dutch is a pus. 
  • Experience in customer support or account management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team-oriented
  • Willingness to get involved and add value to various aspects of our company
  • A university/college degree is preferred but not essential
