Who are we looking for?

Customer Success guides everything we do at Cirrus, and the Customer Success Team is the first point of contact for customers looking for support. 

The CSM team is keen to find a new enthusiastic, curious and empathic colleague: Someone who thrives on helping our customers become even more successful with Cirrus. Someone who is eager to discover all the ins and outs of our powerful software platform and has the technical know-how to work closely with the development team. 

We’re looking for a colleague who is not afraid of taking on a wide range of responsibilities and doesn’t crumble under pressure. But especially someone who is keen to be part of an amazing team!

What will you be doing?

  • You support customers at a high level via email, phone and live chat. 
  • You take responsibility for customer queries, from request to solution. 
  • You understand and adhere to customer SLAs. 
  • You update the CRM to keep your colleagues informed. 
  • You report customer trends to our Head of Customer Success. 
  • You collaborate with other departments (Product, Development, Sales) to ensure all our customers receive the best possible service. 
  • You assist with creating documentation and best practice cases to help support our customers. 

Who are you? 

  • Enthusiastic and empathetic, with strong soft skills. 
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both English and Dutch. 
  • Experience in customer support or account management, preferably for a SaaS product.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player who gets involved and is keen to add value to different parts of the company. 
  • Bachelor’s degree+ or equivalent professional work experience
  • Nice to have: Experience with ITIL certification and/or working in an ITIL environment.
